Plotting

I’ve never been very good at plotting. I mean, I just come up with an idea, and run with it. Everything sort of flows. Or it doesn’t. But I can’t sit down and think: “This is what will happen in this chapter, and it will lead into this in two chapters.” Is that really weird? I think it might be. Can I just wing an entire novel?
